Booty-licious Workout at Dance Barre by Katie Dickens

Last night we were invited by the talented Katie Dickens to join her in a VIP Barre Booty and Tone workout, a high intensity, low impact workout designed to target legs, thighs and most importantly, booties. Katie’s background as a dancer spans back fifteen years, lighting the way for her new fitness and dance-inspired studio in Albion. While Katie has spent a good portion of her life as a dance teacher, she is also a fully qualified personal trainer and Pilates instructor, making these classes fun and empowering.
